In the midst of reading a book... some pointers, boleh dijadikan panduan dan tauladan.

i: make low fat meals
ii: tiba2 teringat ; makan kismis sebab my memory dah sangat berkurang megabyte nye
iii: make acomputerized printout off all my relatives' and friends' birthdays and even their kids'
and have it printed out on a specially made calendar, so that each time I walk in all I have to do
is look up and see whose birthday coming up, and their card and maybe even a giftdepending on
their age and who they were would be a surprise and on time.

iv: plant flowers or 'plants', get some green fingers on ( tried few times, come to a dead plant
instead) but I'll try one more time. Gardening supposed to relax you and even give you some of
those endorphins like people get when they exercise.

sunday night fever

my kids demam.... dah lama tak mengalami demam nih. last night quite high. hubby takde, so basahkan kepala dengan air sejuk je. okayla temperature turun naik.

science & islam

a friend mentioning to me one day over lunch on this topic u can see in Youtube. A professor Jim Al-Khalili shows us his discovery of great scientific knowledge of our Islamic world, which is over whelming and amazing. as we know Islam has it all and the Koran consists of all the universal secret, wonders and guidance to face whatever possibilities we encounter in this world.

the most interesting that i found is on the episode 1, part 4, which he spoke of a renown Ibn Sina. he had completed a book on medicine. in it he had collected and expand all that has gone before him. the medical ideas from all over and had turned it into a single work.

it's like an encyclopedia consists of all that's related to human body, diseases and it is so well organized that it had started from tip to toe of all the diseases and he started from the head and moves down and also on organs in our body.

among others that could be find is for example on bad temper, vomit, diarrhea end even on depression as well. I find it most amazing that such effort and discovery being made to make it a more accessible knowledge gained by our generation. yeah Youtube helps. let us all make good use of the net by engaging ourself in a positive and useful info and network.

hidup nih memang banyak cabaran nye kan. we really need to be strong and face the music. what ever it would be.

some people gotten sick suddenly and family is so important to be where they have to be. some are so lucky to have family who would do anything for them. while some others maybe not that fortunate.... "mana **** nih? tak balik ke? tengok a***?. some may wonder. at this point of time, semuanye mula terpandang yang baik dan buruknye tapi bukan hanya pada diri orang lain tapi diri kita sendiri.

we thought that's so unfortunate...we got a new job. we are so enthusiastic about it. we go all ga..ga..i'm gonna nail it this time and i'll commit myself to get the most out of this new job. tapi when the times come you had to report to a cold blooded superior, posted to a branch that's like so farther away, the environment's like so cold and stiff and full of boredom. the work is like pandai2 sendiri la nak buat. and you are left with no expectation given to you. terawang-awang. no communication. how do u do it.. where can u get the motivation to go on...hmmmmm

tu lah semua orang ade problem. semua orang ada setback. myself.... u wonder.:(

more of my sis wedding

So the kenduri was held at dewan dr siti hasmah and it's dinner time. She's so into the white wedding dress and so the family is wearing red. Nira, you look beeeauuutiful and the handsome groom im looking good.

My mom and dad was super tired afterwards. And oh! yeah thanks a million to the whole family whom had lend helping hands to make the wedding a perfect event. U guys roock!

There were the biggest hiccup ever though. ( To those came, on behalf of our family we apologize and soo sorry for the big mess, and for whatever after effect you guys gotten after ).

And thanks for all the best wishes and doa for the bride n groom. Hope too see you soon as another wedding is coming this year, Insya Allah.

My one and only sister are married. To her childhood (ke?) boyfriend. They've been together like forever. Whom my babies called uncle im and for my boy calling him kim... so the solemnisation was on april 25th, 2009 and the veneu was masjid wilayah kl. They're wearing light yellow, hence the handflower modelled on the left pic here are yellow roses...



So hey sis! congratulations and semoga kekal ke akhir hayat. Sis, remember now you are a wife. Jangan derhaka pada suami. Taat pada suami coz you know.. syurga di bawah tapak kaki suami. Talk to your husband politely and dont raise your voice. Always ask forgiveness from him every night before sleep. Always be the one to prepare meals for your hubby kay, the least pun buat air untuk dia everyday. To Im, hope you will be the best captain of the 'bahtera' that you have just built, be the one to guide your beloved wife through the rightful life of our religion. Whatever problem arises ( memang akan tempuh banyak sangat nanti ) you have to be the man with the clearer head. Jangan mudah mengucapkan perkataan2 kesat atau kasar pada isteri. Dan yang paling penting! tolak ansur. So, both you guys abg izt n I doakan jodoh korang kekal sepanjang hayat. And for IZN dia pesan nak baby cepat2. IZK loves to play with the baby too. So work hard you all. ;)

kl book fair 2009

It has started on the 17th. Aku memang expected it this year so much. Nak shop for books. I went with IZN since my darling keje. Nak bawak IZK but rasee tak boleh nak control 'em both. Thought will go again before it ends with my IZT and IZK so adik can look around for books.

Well basically, it was not exactly what I expected. I think it was much smaller than previous year. And anyway the booth was okay. There were few distributor having more than 1 booth around. So sometimes we kept seeing the same stuff again and again. Most of it is the magazines distributor. Can get cheaper magazines by Ka****kraf of previous years.

I bought magazines they have in package of RM 10. It's 2 women mags and 1 for kids in a paper bag. Got 2 pens with it also. Than look around for activities books for IZN and some story books for IZK. The exercise books they had were a lot that was in packages like 3 for rm10 and 5 for rm10. So it was a bargain. Than we went to SA*A Islamic Media and got ourselves 2 CD of 'Muhammad Utusan Terakhir' (in cartoon) and another CD of a story of Adam and Noah ( trying to shift adik interest in too much of the C*rs, Mo*sters Inc and all of it sorts )... got for hubby some books on learning also.

Than go around, and a lil' put off by this "Gr*lier" group. They had their booth at so many places and this people approaches you sooo many times and I was kinda sick and tired of " ducking away" from them coz everytime they saw you especially since you are with a child they'll go approaching you to listen and have a sit with them and i'm doing this like so many times and makes it difficult to really browse around the other booth. This group actually sells the children education english lerning packages. (They have place at Te*co also). So it really spoilt the day coz you keep on bumping to them.

Yang kelakarnye, I was paying at the M*H booth and from the corner of my eyes, saw this guy already preparing to attacked me from the next door booth. Hmm.. pelagi terus tarik IZN cabut ikut the other way. and I could hear him calling up on us. "kak..kak..kak.." Adoi laa penat nye nak elak dorang nih. BTW got a book ' You've got to R*ad this book by J*ck Can*ield. It's a book of 55 people telling stories of the book that change their life. Interesting. And they giving 10% discount for all the books.

And finally something to learn hard on, a books on money management " Ke Mana W**g Anda" by Hjh Ro*ani. Hope can reap some benefits. So the trip was okay though got no story books for me but hopefully could bring IZK so that he wont miss it this year and hope the 'Pesticide' will be less next year and not too aggressive disturbing people.
